For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for a National Key Accounts Manager.
Volume targets setting and achieving;
Understanding the brand positioning and negotiating the contracts according to it;
Implementing the marketing policy in all Key Account locations;
Ensuring quick listings of New Products;
Negotiating the best display on shelves;
Analysing the sales and continuously searching for sales increase opportunities;
Monitoring the trade spending in line with agreed budgets;
Setting financial and non-financial objectives;
Creating and supervising the customer promotional activities;
Managing the team ensuring the professional development.
University degree, preferably in Economics;
At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG field, including 3 years experience on managing Key Accounts
Very good level of English;
PC skills (MS Office and Internet);
Excellent abilities in communication and negotiation;
Very good skills in people management, planning and organizing.
