RESPONSABILITATI

¿ Achievement of volume, turnover and customer contribution targets for the assigned customer portfolio
¿ Analyze customers & distributor (sales performance, product portfolio)
¿ Develop customer¿s business plan in line with the business planning process, including channel, categories and brand strategies
¿ Negotiate annual business plan with the customers
¿ Perform pre and post evaluation on all assigned customer activity
¿ Following - up on the assigned customers outstanding debts and claims
¿ Provide clear concise information flow to sales force on customer plan for implementation at store level
¿ Establish optimal approach to the market, reviewing the number of outlets covered versus the target universe, and making the appropriate resource recommendations


CERINTE

¿ University Degree
¿ Minimum 4-5 years on various positions in a sales department, including 2 years on a management position
¿ Creative
¿ Strategic thinking
¿ Very organised person
¿ Very good communication skills
¿ Team player
¿ English proficiency
