Maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers operating within the Key Account retail cycles (Hypermarkets, Pharmacies, Cash & Carry, etc).
Working closely with business teams from DRTV sales channel,
Planning and implementing sales programs and offers;
Gaining and maintaining familiarity with customers' markets and businesses, with marketplace trends, and with the competitive environments;
Evaluate competitive products, market strategies and sales techniques and promotions to maintain current business and grow potential business;
Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace;
Assisting in identifying new sales perspectives and driving business growth in the region;
Write activity reports for management;
Monitor competition and supervise the activities in retailers' environment.
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years experience in sales
- minimum 2 years experience as key account representative/ key account manager.
- university or college degree;
- fluent in English ;
- excellent communication skills and negotiating abilities;
- result-oriented.
