RESPONSABILITATI

To ensure all individual team members objectives are met
To identify new prospects in the Key Account environment
To sell our client proposition to new prospects
To sign Key account contracts and hand to operations for implementation
To work within the commercial terms set by the Sales Director
Produce and action a development plan for each key account (including a profitability model) which indicates the actions required to improve the profitability of each site and the whole account
Design and implement a contact plan for each key account which ensures/defines regular contact with key directors/managers
Report both internally and externally the results of all conversations/meetings with key accounts, the issues outstanding and actions/deadlines agreed
Ensure key accounts are retained
Gather intelligence concerning our client’s competitors
Initiate and manage negotiations with key accounts
Develop strong working relationships with the sales team in order to ensure that agreed initiatives are effectively implemented


CERINTE

Proven experience of major account relationship management.
Customer service orientated.
Proven organisational and project management skills.
To have proven experience in developing new business.
Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills including presenting to large groups of people.
Excellent attention to detail and good organisational and facilitation skills.
Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel.
Account Management experiences
To have experience of sales/account management in FMCG or service industry.
To have experience of business-to-business customer service management.
To have knowledge of utility or payment markets
