RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose:
Responsible for developing sales of company products and all related sales activities to designated Key Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with major/key customers
- Propose and implement sales development and marketing strategies and policies for the Key Accounts
- Manage and develop a strong relationship with the Key Accounts
- Ensure turnover, market shares, budgets and profitability of the Key Accounts
- Prepare proposals for short and medium term forecasts and targets
- Co-ordinate of promotion activities in Key Accounts
- Control of daily activity (orders, deliveries, payments, stock levels, competition’s activities)
- Maintain a watching brief on developments within customers’ organisations or competition which may affect future business


CERINTE

Competencies requested:
- University degree, preferably in economics
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, in FMCG / construction materials
- Good technical knowledge of construction materials
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Very good planning, organizing and controlling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English and PC skills
