RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, an exciting and continuously growning company with established goal to become the most admired player within the providers of mobile marketing services, we are loking for a Key Account Manager.



Responsibilities:



Identifying consumer needs/wants and developing a compelling value proposition to drive SMS acquisition /sales;

Coordinating activities and resources between cross-functional teams, including affiliate, business development, product, tech, finance, customer service and executive teams;

Evaluating new SMS approaches, competitive benchmarking, best practices, new technology, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities to improve SMS relevance, help in building customer engagement for more sale;

Creating and managing test calendar, including collaboration with appropriate channels for input. Communicating results and insights from tests to executive team;

Attending and participating in sales meetings, training seminars and workshops;

Developing and adhering to strategies that establish proactive communication, monitor and improve service results and effectiveness and optimize value propositions;

Supporting and growing the revenue of existing accounts;

Scheduling and making ongoing proactive, strategic calls with each account to fully understand the account’s business, their ongoing strategic goals and objectives, build a strong rapport/relationship with key contacts and decision makers, identify (1) how the Account Manager can provide value to their needs, and (2) how their needs can help achieve the Account Manager’s goals and objectives;

Providing daily service and support to assigned accounts with basic service adjustments, problem solving, troubleshooting, and reporting requests ( if required);

Helping Clients to utilize the company the SMS marketing platform and build, customize, deploy, analyze and optimize internal SMS campaigns;

Maintaining awareness of SMS marketing trends/technologies, such as CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws and regulations pertaining to SMS marketing ( be able to provide advisory services to Clients);

Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Minimum 2(two) years solid experience in SMS and email marketing, online communication, preferably in an e-commerce/consumer internet environment;

BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field;

Experience in Telecom Advertising is preferred;

Good technical skills and undersating of telecom concepts;

Thorough understanding of online, SMS based creative strategy development;

Experience managing, optimizing and growing multiple vertical SMS campaigns;

Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on that analysis;

Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects;

Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;

Excellent project-management and time-management skills;

Ability to work well independently and within a team environment;

Must thrive in a fast-paced business environment and have a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and strict deadlines.
