RESPONSABILITATI

- Quick market intelligence to gather information relevant to the definition of the Company sales strategy on Large Fleets Accounts;
- Responsible for assuring existing customers loyalty and for prospecting and acquiring new customers aiming at implementing long term relationships;
- Negotiates sales conditions with assigned customers with respect to margins defined by the Company and follows through signed and existing contracts;
- Assures customers¿ satisfaction via services and solutions that meet their needs;
- Makes sure procedures and conditions stated in contracts are followed;
- Proposes to Sales Manager detailed Sales Action Plans for the customers in portfolio.
- Keenly follows market¿s trends and evolution and closely monitors competitors¿ activities and initiatives;
- Regularly controls sales results on customers in portfolio proposing proper corrective actions to enable assigned targets.


CERINTE

- University degree, preferable in economics;
- At least 2 years experience in consultative sales, preferable in automotive or leasing;
- Good knowledge of Romanian automotive market;
- Passionate about cars and love consultative sales;
- Highly sensitive to quality, customer oriented and professional negotiator;
- Desire to help in building up a market reference organization;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Results oriented and proactive.
- Driving license.
