-Represents the organisation in Court, or in the relations with other legal authorities.
-Review drafts for regulations, orders, internal standards and methodologies.
-Provides internal legal assistance.
-Drafts contracts, agreements and other legal documents and participates in negotiations if needed.
-University Graduate of Law school
Sound working experience as legal advisor of at least 2 years, preferable within real-estate development environment
