¿Ensure the right management of all legal issues;
¿To provide legal advice and law interpretation to all departments, related to every day activity;
¿Responsible for all legal correspondence of the company;
¿Responsible for drafting legal reports to all departments related to new legislation;
¿To create and implement all legal work instruments for different departments and services;
¿To verify legal conformity of social procedures as well for the collective work contracts and personnel disciplinary sanctions;
¿Provide assistance and consultancy in negotiations with third parties, writing and analyzing legal documents.
¿Law University degree;
¿At least 5 years experience in the juridical field;
-Experience in international contracts is a plus;
¿Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
¿Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
¿Excellent computer skills ¿ MS Office
¿Very good command of English
¿Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm.
