- Provide all the technical support needed (installing, administration, configuring and maintenance) for users;
- Investigate, respond and resolve support requests;
- Deliver, Maintenance and Service on site and remotely;
- Troubleshoot tellecom and system problems;
- Maintenance of the company's the website.
- Student or graduate of a technical university;
- Able to have a flexible schedule;
- Excellent team skills;
- Good communication skills;
- English is mandatory;
- Driving license is a plus;
- Windows Environment - install and maintenance;
- Knowledge of TCP/ IP networking, VPN, RDP;
- Excellent working skills with Windows XP (or above) Operating System;
- Securing Windows 2K/XP computers (security updates, account management);
- Router, Adsl modem configuration and administration;
- PHP + mySQL is a plus
