As a Junior IBM Software Technical Support you will be:
- Offering presales technical support for IBM Software solutions, both to the department colleagues, and to business partners (resellers) and their deficiencies;
- Being responsible of the installation, configuration and implementation of IBM software solutions both internally and business partners and their customers;
- Identifying and preparing tenders with IBM Software solutions that respond best to the deals requirements of applications from the business partners and from published specifications.
Success requires:
- University / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the specialized IT field;
- Advanced English skills;
- Entry-level experience in programming;
Big pluses:
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);
- Knowledge of IT security structure;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management;
- Knowledge of database systems;
- Knowledge of IBM Software Solutions;
- General Knowledge of programming languages.
