- Offer technical support to the company s customers (web development tools, rich user interfaces and web 2.0 applications)
- Manage support incidents (assigning high-level support incidents to developers and tracking them)
Each of these skills will get you a job here:
- good communication skills / people person
- good English skills (especially written)
- basic understanding of web development software (Dreamweaver and Flash)
- having an idea of one of the following web technologies : HTML/CSS/Javascript, Flash/ActionScript, PHP/MySQL
And these will get you beer from the rest of the team (nice to have):
- some experience in building websites or doing Flashy things
- some experience in testing software applications
- previous experience in support/customer care
