- Elaborates the worksheets on each verified activity, depending on the control type;
- Discusses the ascertained deficiencies with the responsible employees and with the management of the controlled entity;
- Elaborates the specific types of the internal control reports;
- Proposes the necessary measures for solving the deficiencies mentioned in the internal control reports;
- Assures a good climate in relation with the personnel of the controlled entities during a control action.
- University degree in Economics;
- Proper knowledge of the banking legislation, especially the National Bank’s regulations;
- Very good communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
- Perseverant, flexible, discreet, careful with details, analytical thinking, team worker;
- Good computer skills;
- Willing to travel within the country's borders;
- Good command of English.
