Job scope:
- To ensure the correct functioning of the different versions of strategic software application system by solving the incidents and problems occurring in the production and preproduction environment
- To make appropriate provision for reporting and documentation of the incidents, including creation and maintenance of a knowledge base
Main responsibilities:
- To conduct defect analysis: missing data, software bugs, wrong logic
- To analyze the job processing
- Abort of partial systems;
- Development of scripts for data correction
- To conduct module and interfaces tests
- Dispatching / Tracking of incidents / defects
- Managing of spanning Incidents
- Communication with Maintenance, Development, Product owner
Education:
- Students or fresh graduates in a technical field
Professional experience:
- Previous experience in IT field is a plus
Abilities & Competencies:
- Knowledge SQL
- IT technical Analysis
- Basic knowledge relational database architecture (e.g. access, user rights, performance coherences), preferable Oracle
- Basic knowledge tools for incident & problem management
- Basic knowledge Oracle Developer 6i/9i
- Basic knowledge of one of C/C++ or C# or Java programming languages
- Basic knowledge of shell scripting on a Unix operating system
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude
- Customer & service orientation
- English language – good level
