RESPONSABILITATI

The License Management Services team has the responsibility to assure compliance of our customers and partners regarding their utilization and distribution of ORACLE software products. This is delivered in various programs, solutions & tools by field consultants spread among various countries.
The License Management consultants in the field are assisted & supported by the LMS Service Centre. The LMS Service Centre team is also responsible for the development and enhancement of the applied technical tools & systems. The Junior Software Engineer is a member of the LMS Service Centre and part of the Global Development Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to the LMS Service Centre Manager
Works towards objectives set by the LMS Service Centre Manager
Responsible for the development & enhancement of LMS tools & systems
Acts as an analytical expert
Works closely with the Global LMS Technical Director and with the Global Process Owners for various systems
Works closely with the related local License Management Consultants
Acts as an expert in Oracle License Management technical tools
Researches/develops and maintains technical LMS tools to measure customer’s Oracle usage
Provides front line support to the LMS team members
Answers technical questions to organizations outside of LMS and to Oracle customers/partners, if needed
Maintain technical documentation for LMS tools and creation of training manuals
Has a good understanding of Oracle technologies


CERINTE

Student or graduate of a technical university
Experience with SQL or Java (any exposure to PL/SQL or Oracle products is an advantage)
Fluency in English
Strong documentation & communication skills
Be able to work both independently and in a team environment
