* Work independently and own multiple features of the product.
* Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs.
* Design & implement features, required APIs, test suites or technology according to specifications (including unit tests, integration tests, etc).
* Interact with the quality engineers, to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
* Perform research on various technologies useful for the project.
* Provide status and feedback to management.

* Top graduate with B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
* Ability to understand very complex technical information (especially algorithms) is a must
* Communicates effectively with the local and remote team members.
* Basic knowledge of web concepts such as HTML/CSS/Javascript
* Some experience building web applications and understanding on how the web works
* Familiar with SQL
* Good foundation in development process, best practices and design patterns
* Highly enthusiastic, creative, with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate
* Client-centric thinking
* Superior time management skills
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Knowledge of CMS/CRM/E-Commerce concepts and platforms (blogging, tagging, folksonomies, social bookmarking, wiki, etc.) is a plus
* .NET knowledge and familiarity with related technologies are considered a plus
