As a Junior Software Engineer you will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle. This includes user requirements analysis, creation of functional specifications, creation of high level software architecture and detailed designs, coding, debugging and unit testing. The work items will range from enhancing existing product functionality to creation and implementation of large new software applications.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree 4 years of relevant work experience)
Fluency in one of: C, C++, Java; Python; and familiarity with one or more of: Perl, Bash, PHP
Object Oriented Programming knowledge
Experience with *NIX development environments
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
PREFERRED
Master degree in Computer Science or related field
3 years relevantwork experience.
Fluency in two or more of: C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, Bash
A solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experience with *NIX environments
Knowledge of telecom and data communication protocols
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Availability for international travel, at least 30 days/ year
Permanent working contract or 6/12 months temporary contract with possible future renewal
