RESPONSABILITATI

Business Development
- Identify market opportunities and threats;
- Expand and maintain business to meet and exceed annual sales objectives;
- Qualify prospects, through calls, interviews and by obtaining additional information through Web and other types of research;
- Research and profile accounts, including mapping a company???s organizational structure and identifying new contacts and key business issues;
- Communicate by telephone, email, and contact requests. Identify needs, answer questions and qualify the opportunity;
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, outline available products and offered services and quote prices;
- Coordinate his work on Miller Heiman methodology basis;
- Manage accounts and opportunities through a CRM platform.

Controlling and Reporting
- Suggest appropriate measures for the achievement of objectives in collaboration with Sales Manager;
- Provide periodical sales reports in an accurate and timely manner.

External and Internal collaboration
- Represent the company, develop and maintain enduring, value-driven relationships with the stakeholders;
- Support the marketing of our products and services, by permanently improving their branding and awareness.


CERINTE

Candidate profile:
- University degree (Business or Communication Faculty would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Sales and negotiation skills;
- Advanced English skills;
- Prior experience in IT & Consultancy industry is preferred;
- Ability to interact at all levels within an organization;
- Highly organized, able to establish priorities;
- Success driven, dynamic and resourceful person;
- Highly oriented for continuous learning;
- Outgoing personality and culture-oriented.
