RESPONSABILITATI

• You are responsible for the prospect and acquisition of new business.
• You call on prospective customers to present the solution Dlex for the automation of their law firm.
• You produce an effective territory call plan for field customer visits.
• You visit law firms, identify their needs and propose the most adequate version of Dlex.
• You develop a strong customer relationship through an excellent contact during face to face
meetings and give a demonstration of DLex.
• You prepare winning proposals/quotations and close the deal.
• You establish and build long term relationships which will allow future cross-selling.
• You are responsible for market-screening, gathering relevant market data and marketing actions (mailings, …).
• You will report (sales activities, pipeline, future sales actions,…) on a regularly basis to the
head office in Bucharest / Brussels.

• You are a hunter: winning deals gives you a kick.
• You are self-employed;
• You have “can do” mentality, like challenges and are used to work with challenging commercial targets.
• You have a first sales experience of minimum three years, experience in sales of high tech products (software) or services is a plus.
• You are an independent worker with a professional appearance and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are fluent in Romanian and English, French is a plus.
• You are PC-literate and result-oriented.
• You are familiar with law firms and their functioning and are part of their network.
• You are able to quickly identify decision makers, influencers and users within the client base.
• You are highly proficient in demonstrating Dlex at all levels of staff.
• You have empathy to understand client needs, provide appropriate advice, anticipate reactions and persuade clients to take the right course of action.
