• Performs Quality Check for Telemobil commercial handsets;
• Performs Pre Acceptance tests with engineering samples received from vendors;
• Performs Acceptance tests for future commercial handsets;
• Monitors and analyzes "Handsets Trouble Reports", issued by Technical Support Department, and provides accurate solution;
• Member of Product Development team for CDMA Data Products;
• Maintains a close relationship with Sales and Marketing departments, for any complains that may occur after terminal acceptance;
• Collaborates with Marketing Department and ensure technical support for special events;
• Participates with Sales Department in various special projects and offsite meetings with dealers and sales team;
• Provides training sessions for Customer Care personnel for handling customer enquiries related to commercial handsets and troubleshooting.
• University Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or similar;
• Previous working experience in mobile telephony network operations, maintenance and implementation is a plus;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork;
• Very good computer skills –MS Office, Linux;
• Good command of English;
• Driving license: B category.
