-You will principally learn and use different valuation methods for assessing real estate: shopping
centers (where we are market leader), high street retail, retail warehouses, offices and industrial premises throughout south-eastern part of Romania
-Financial Analysis - Real Estate Investment Yields, Discounted Cash Flows, Rent Review and Financial Projections
- Young graduate with bachelor in Economics or Construction
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Excellent organizational skills, writing and interpersonal skills, team work is a must
- Analytic mind, results oriented, fast learner
