- The Junior Poposal Manager assists the Proposal Manager in all technical matters;
- Prepares the documents for the kick of meeting;
- Reads the tender documents and prepares project overview;
- He has to take care of the budget, to obtain firm/contracts prices from various departments and prepare budget/firm/contract calculations;
- Coordinates documentation for tenders and contracts;
- Coordinates specific proposal tasks and ensure timely clarifications and input for proposal processing, including compiling action item lists;
- Direct technical support to customers, assistance to sales managers;
- Coordinates the final review of proposals and contracts including required documentation before signing and delivery to the customer;
- Assists in the preparation of documents for project handover meetings;
- Assures the documentation quality of the Sales process.
- Technical university (Engineering degree) – graduate;
- English – advanced;
- German represents an advantage;
- Professional experience is an extra;
- If prior professional experience exists, Project experience is an added value;
- Intercultural experience represents an advantage;
- Basic project management methods and techniques;
- Basic process management and quality management understanding;
- Basic communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of the wind turbine industry;
- Basic financial and commercial knowledge.
