For our client, an important real estate company, who offers a wide range of professional real estate services, such as: consultancy, asset management, investment, agency sales & lettings, acquisitions, development, and building surveying covering all sectors of commercial property including offices, retail, industrial and distribution, leisure and land, we are looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER.
Responsible for working on a number of existing projects (residential developments) in Bucharest with our newly established project management team.
Assisting in monitoring the construction of a number of residential developments already under construction in Bucharest.
Working in other Central European countries (mainly Bulgaria and Hungary) as the need arises to resource new instructions similar to the above.
Relevant civil engineering or similar university degree with a minimum 1 to 2 years post qualified experience.
Good technical knowledge of the construction of all types of commercial properties including defects in construction.
Good report writing ability in English and Romanian.
