For one of our client, an international real estate company, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager.
This will be responsible for working on a number of existing projects (residential developments) in Bucharest.
-Assisting in undertaking pre purchase technical due diligence inspections and reports on a range of commercial properties
-Assisting in monitoring the construction of a number of residential developments already under construction in Bucharest
-Working in other Central European countries (mainly Bulgaria and Hungary) as the need arises to resource new instructions similar to the above
-Assisting in the developing the capability of the Project Management team to undertake new instructions and promote the range of services offered.
Relevant civil engineering or similar university degree with a minimum 1 to 2 years post qualified experience.
Good technical knowledge of the construction of all types of commercial properties including defects in construction.
Good speaking and writing knowledge of English language is essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft word/excel and other IT packages.
Excellent career prospects training and opportunities to travel.
