Position Description:
We are currently expanding our business in Romania and are searching for JUNIOR PROGRAMMERS with basic programming knowledge!

Program Description:
For 4 weeks you will learn about online market research and how to build and maintain positive business relationships with current clients. The purpose of this training is to select ambitious and promising young candidates who wish to develop a successful career in programming using a new and revolutionary tool called ¿ConfirmIT¿. The most successful trainees will be offered full-time employment by Ipsos.
Training Description:
Trainees will study Questionnaire programming using ¿Designer from ConfirmIT¿, (powerful user-friendly software for survey research and feedback applications), video and image processing for testing the clients ads, report generation of links that allow clients to view the status of the field and build special HTML designs to meet clients needs.
*Recent graduates or 3rd and 4th year students from Marketing, Sociology, Economics, Cybernetics or Statistics
*Knowledge of a programming language
*Knowledge of Java Script, HTML/CSS are considered a real advantage
*Analytical person and team player
*Good problem solving skills
*Be well organized and have effective time management skills
*Good knowledge of the English language is required, too
*Ability to apply knowledge of market research
*Provable background in market research is a plus
