Great opportunities for career development - On behalf of our client, a multinational company, we are searching for JUNIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST with SPANISH / PORTUGUESE.
Responsabilities:
- Process requisitions raised by various Buyers;
- Update and maintain product price database;
- Co-ordinate to ensure order price and timing of delivery is agreed and communicated to Buyer;
- Add/update supplier information (contact, location addresses, payment terms);
- Obtain required supplier information & Finance/Buyer authorization for additions to supplier list;
- Retrieve & maintain purchase order records as per requirement;
- Maintain applicable work instructions, procedures, forms & documents;
- Receive, Review and Finalize requests Catalogue entries (maintain );
- Develop new methods and system updates & maintain information and knowledge of other systems;
- Provide system information, direction & training.
- University Degree;
- Good spoken & written ENGLISH skills;
- Excellent spoken & written SPANISH / PORTUGUESE skills;
- Basic working knowledge in procurement environment;
- Helpful and proactive manner, with a service orientation;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills & ability to interface with clients;
- Good administration skills.
