Credit card application process:
- receiving and checking the Credit Card Application and the related documents;
- sending back the unacceptable application form to the braches or the related source;
- procesing the application form on the time and accurately;
- calling the customers to complete in case if the customer can not be reached via phone;
POS application process:
- receiving and cheking the POS installation application via "Document Management System";
- verifying the existence of the signature and stamps on the received documents;
follow up the transaction and assuring the process continuance.
- Experience in card banking activity and relevant experience in a similar position is a plus;
- University degree is a plus;
- Strong skills in communication, human relations, customer care;
- Self-motivated;
- Dynamic personality;
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Computer skills;
