Job Summary:
Junior Network Engineer - Level 0 Support it is an entry level position in a large wholesale operator with the opportunity to work with carrier grade voice equipment and to learn new and interesting things about voice networking. This is an excellent starting position in a large stable carrier that can offer great carrer growth and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- monitoring and administration of the voice network
- open trouble tickets to supplier based on alarms or observed problems
- assure first answer to trouble tickets opened by other carriers
- installing new equipments and maintenance
Requirements:
-solid background in voice network administration or strong knowledge CISCO
-must be a student or college graduate (Computers, Telecommunications)
-good English skills (written and spoken)
-driving license (B category)
