For our multinational client from FMCG field, we are searching for a JUNIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR who will take active part in developing hardware & software solutions and will implement security policies over the network. Moreover, he will provide permanent 2nd level support for the end-users, on the problems concerning network administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide network support, security and development in a multinational environment, working with the Global Service Delivery team;
- Provide 2nd level support;
- Create and maintain logical, physical and protocol maps, and backups of all equipment configurations parameters, and network documentation standards and procedures.
Requirements:
-Technical University degree ;
-At least 2 years experience in IT support activity
-Knowledge of network administration and security, server configuration (basic level), service & support, especially for Microsoft Server
-Knowledge of troubleshooting or problem solving
-Able to quickly and correctly diagnose problem and know how best to fix it and communicate the solution to either co-workers or end-users effectively;
-English language - advanced
