As part of the Marketing and Communication team you’ll:
- Offer your support in drafting all the marketing and communication materials: newsletters and mass emailing campaigns to our DataBase (layouts and draft texts);
- Be part of the team in touch with the creative agency and the marketing and communication suppliers (for flyers, brochures, sales kit documentation);
- Conduct press monitoring, competition monitoring and spot the hottest trends in HR before others do.
- Provide support in preparing the special events: service launch or Job Fairs.

- Multitasking: right handed are welcome, left handed are appreciated, ambidextral would be a plus.
- No previous experience is mandatory, but we’d appreciate any marketing related one as a big +
- Speak Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently. Highly appreciated: CorelDraw, Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge.
- Be able to talk English, understand it and translate Romanian into readable and logical English texts.
