SpamExperts BV, a key-player in the internet-security industry, is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and passionate marketing & sales assistant to support the marketing and sales teams. You will have the opportunity to start your career in a high standard organization and a challenging and fast moving industry. You will be working remotely as a freelancer, connected with highly motivated professionals, having the opportunity to develop yourself in the fields of marketing, sales and communication. You are expected to be available online, efficiently assist in specific marketing and sales assignments, and perform in a proactive manner, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator and Sales Manager. SpamExperts is looking into opening an office in Bucharest in the future and you may be joining the SpamExperts start-up team in Romania.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
• Design: documents and templates updates in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
• Image and artwork changes and updates (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)
• Website updates
• PR distribution
• Monitoring PR publication
• Market monitoring (Google alerts, news sites)
• Marketing research: industry & competition news
• Social media accounts management (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
Sales:
• Maintain and update data bases
• Update price lists, customer data bases, etc.
Other responsibilities, as requested by the Marketing and Sales departments.
Candidate Profile:
• Student or freshly graduated
• Skillful with desktop publishing applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
• High command of English
• IT affinity
• Fast learner
• Precise with an eye for detail
• Independent worker, self driven
