CENTRAL LOCATION: ALBA IULIA SQUARE, BUCHAREST
Our company is an international group, with offices in Germany, Romania and China. For our Bucharest office we are looking for a Junior Manager, who is in charge for assisting the General Manager with day to day tasks as negotiations with suppliers in English over e-mail, designing product packaging layouts following management indications, translations and documents preparation for customs, National and Community Trademark Offices, The European Court of Justice.
• Ability to work 4hours/day, from 18.00 to 22.00.
• Working closely with the General Manager to ensure general operations and communication with third parties.
• Ability to constantly learn.
• Excel Reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Adobe Photoshop for image editing - Medium to Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - for e-mail communications - Medium to advanced
English - for translations from/to English - Romanian - Medium to Advanced
Microsoft Excel - for reports - Medium
General knowledge of simple networks, windows operating system and programs, and ability to learn new software quickly.
