Check orders received and validate them for shipping
Process logistic administration in close relation with the customer
Process and maintain the order with the customer
Collect customer claims and keep track of corrective actions
Keep customers updated on schedules, order status and product compatibility.
Establish a full file for all our clients
Ability to comply with procedures, sales regulations and company policies with regard to customers
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics environment
Business graduate, engineer or similar higher education
Fluent in English language
