We are looking for talented junior lawyers to join our highly focused corporate and real estate practice. All candidates must explain in their letter of intent their interest in the practice of business law.
Candidates should demonstrate previous experience in handling corporate, real estate and work.
Doctrine and jurisprudence monitoring
Drawing up of legal opinions
Representing the company at negotiations and contracts signing
Representation in front of the local and central authorities
Specific activities to this position of specialized consultancy, assistance and legal representation in front of public authorities and institutions
Research activities in the legal field: doctrine, articles, national, european and CEDO jurisprudence
Junior lawyer graduated in 2010 (followed by M.A.)
Bachelor Degree issued by the Faculty of Law
Member of the Bar 2010
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience (24 months might be an advantage)
An advantage may have the persons who gained experience within the companies whose main filed of activity is the field of constructions
Advanced knowledge of English (writing, speaking, reading), another language could be an advantage
Determined, dynamism, enthusiasm, initiative, creativity
Interested in improvement, integrity and loyalty
Stress resistant and capability of meeting the deadlines
Good social skills
Will be discussed during the interview
