The IT Junior Project Manager will be responsible for functional support and project-based activities on the Finance/Accounting domain.
Project management job description:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the project beneficiaries
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Assesses risks and identifies possible counter measures
- Project plan implementation (participates to the functional analysis; makes tests or supervises the functional testing phase; designs and assists user acceptance tests; creates/ reviews deliverables; monitors the project)
- Evaluates the outcomes of the project (Post Mortem analysis)
- Manages the relationship with its clients (project beneficiaries) and stakeholders
- Creates and communicates status reports to the stakeholders
Business support job description :
- Assures support and maintenance for the finance tools
- Analyzes and understands the customer\\\'s needs and the encountered problems/ bugs and provides functional and technical support
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Creates/ updates documentation (functional specifications, expressions of need, users guides etc)
- University graduate
- Specialization courses on different economic, business information systems
- Work experience of at least three years within the IT/ Accounting/ Customer Support department
- Work experience of at least 1-2 years in projects management activities
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects is a plus (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments);
- Familiarity with Finance and Accounting
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, SQL/ Oracle databases – basic knowledge
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and French
