Responsabilities:
Software
· Provide periodical maintenances and updating of operation systems and all used software.
· Regularly data backups.
· Software installations.
· Provide periodical antivirus control.
· Provide required services.
Hardware and technical facilities
· Provide required maintenances of technical facilities, install software. (servers, PC net, desktops, notebooks, modems, printers, scanners, copiers, faxes, mobile phones)
Company software
· Communication with IT Department in Germany (be informed about new SW programmes used there).
In cooperation with IT Department install new SW programmes and train employees for using them.
Technical support
· Prepare local guideline for using HW and SW in the company.
· Provide the consultancy service for all local offices and sites.
· Monitor the technical development and apply new systems in the company in a cost effective and efficient manners
- Knowledge in installing, repairing and maintaining IT equipment;
- General networking skills;
- Driving licence B;
- German language knowledge is a must;
- English language knowledge- mid level
