- Install, maintain and troubleshooting
- Apply preload image (GHOST or similar experience)
- Connect and troubleshoot network/local peripherals
- Training capabilities for new users
Remote support
- Tools for remote access (Remote Desktop, Remote assistance, VNC)
LAN communication
- Set VPN connection (dial- up, install, configure, troubleshooting)
- Network component knowledge (switches, IP allocation, DHCP)
- PC Hardware, IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, PDA, digital camera)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (XP/2003) - 1+ years experience
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot
- Training capabilities for new users
