-Set VPN connection (dial- up, install, configure, troubleshooting)
-Network component knowledge (switches, IP allocation, DHCP)
PC Hardware, IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, PDA, digital camera)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (XP/2003) ¿ 1+ years experience

- Windows 2000/XP operating systems ¿ 2+ years
- Microsoft Office Suite (XP/2003) ¿ 1 year

- Windows 2000/XP operating systems
- Competency in email (Microsoft Exchange / Outlook preferred)

- General knowledge in troubleshooting various popular technologies
