- Preluarea facturilor de marfa de la Departamentul Servicii Administrative - biroul Receptie Furnizori;
- Timbrarea facturilor;
- Pregatirea facturilor in vederea scanarii (decapsarea si aranjarea);
- Scanarea facturilor;
- Impartirea facturilor pe departamente de cumparari, pe tipuri de articole;
- Tiparirea facturilor de retur si servicii;
- Arhivarea documentelor primite de la Departamentul Receptia Marfii din magazine.
Pentru clientul nostru, un specialist in vanzarea cash&carry de produse alimentare si nealimentare, cautam o persoana care sa ocupe postul de JUNIOR INVOICE CONTROLLER.
Candidatul ideal:
- Minim studii medii;
- Experienta in domeniul financiar-contabil(constituie un avantaj);
- Cunostinte de limba engleza;
- Cunostinte foarte bune de Ms Office: Excel, Word;
- Competenta analitica;
- Orientare catre rezultat.
