Participates in the activities of planning and organization of the internal audit activities;
Participates to the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, including the evaluation of the impact of the internal controls weaknesses;
Performs the internal controls verifications, review of the Verifications Forms, and Control Reports;
Performs internal audit procedures, based on the instructions and tasks assigned, draws up working papers for documentation of the audit procedures results;
Participates at the Internal Audit reporting process, comprising observation, risks and recommendations;
Participates to the monitoring activities of the audit issues solving, executing tasks as they are assigned;
Participates in the activities of assistance with the internal procedures and processes improvements;
2- 3 years of relevant experience as external and internal auditor, experience in insurance will be a plus;
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business and operational risks, control processes and procedures;
Ability to efficiently assimilate knowledge and understanding of the audit procedures;
English - fluently;
MS Office;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Capabilities to work independently, assume responsibilities;
Inquiring mind and fast learning;
Strong analysis and organizational skills.
