Job scope: His/her key contributions will be:
- To test the implementation of policies and procedures;
- To analyze the main business processes and to support the operational departments in improvement of control over operations;
Job responsibilities:
Internal Audit Testing
- Test implementation of policies and procedures(by reviewing of documents and management reports and by participating at assets counts (e.g. stock/cash counts), both in Bucharest and in the country offices);
- Perform tests according to yearly Internal Audit plan;
Improvement of control over operations
- Analyze proactively together with Internal Auditor the main business processes and the organization;
- Support and challenge the operational departments (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Industrial, etc) to identify and implement action plans for improving daily operational control;
Internal Audit projects
- Take part in all Internal Audit projects linked with main business processes (follow up of action plans agreed with departments, changes of procedures, post implementation analysis and testing of the results after implementation);
- Train together with Internal Auditor the departments on new rules, requirements and procedures;
Education: University degree ¿ Economics
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Finance
Competencies:
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- A learner, willing to invest time and effort to improve his/her competences;
-Good analytical skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person to assume responsibility;
PC skills: Good computer skills (MS Office)
Travel: Ability to travel within the country (up to 20%)
Languages:Good knowledge in English (both written and spoken)
