RESPONSABILITATI

-Support for the recruitment-selection-employment-induction process;
-Schedule and conducting competency based interviews for entry level and middle management roles;
-Manage applications and responses, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews;
-Coordinate the recruitment sourcing including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals and personal networking;
-Manage employee files and the internal HR informatic system.


CERINTE

-University degree
-Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems;
-Very good command of English;
-Excelent communication skills;
-Planning and organizing skills;
-Problem solving skills;
-Excellent interpersonal skills;
-Good knowledge of labour legislation;
-Good working knowledge of MS Office
