RESPONSABILITATI

Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates using the latest and the most adequate methods and resources.
This basically means to fully understand our clients needs not only by asking questions but also by providing information. This means being a HR consultant.
You will identify and attract the best professionals wherever they are and by any necessary means; will also gain their full trust and confidence.
You will select and assess candidates accordingly to our client¿s needs and using state-of-the art assessment tools.
You will have to learn and to teach at the same time.


CERINTE

You must have at least a bachelor¿s degree. They say the top-five most important skills are: Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Sales Skills and Persistence.
You must be the same highly organized and proactively creative, a self-trusted independent and also a team addict; you must have interpersonal & communication skills, be a natural born winner and a customer-oriented player.
English proficiency and PC skills.
