For setting up their activities in Romania, we are looking for:
- Senior HR Consultants
- Junior HR Associates
To work in the areas of:
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Talent and Organizational Consulting
- Compensation and Benefits Consulting
You will:
- Participate in or lead the entire process of service delivery in the respective field
- Manage relationships with clients
- Analyze clients’ needs and expectations and their market position
- Gain business understanding and knowledge of various industries
- Develop skills for applying into practice the business data gathered and correlate it to actual business results
- See how people impact company financial performance
- Successful candidates are open minded and practical, as well as determined and curious.
- You should demonstrate explicit business orientation, strong analytical and numeric skills. - Excellent command of English language and PC literacy are a must.
- Previous working experience is not obligatory for the junior associates.
- Experienced HR consultants or professionals in different fields can find the opportunity to lead large scale projects.
