- Primirea apelurilor telefonice pe teme de resurse umane de la angajatii interni ai grupului, vorbitori nativi de limba franceza;
- Inregistrarea solicitarilor in sistemul informatic;
- Analiza si clasificarea solicitarilor in vederea solutionarii acestora;
- Verificarea permanenta a statusului si urmarirea rezolvarii cererilor;
- Redirectionarea situatiilor complexe catre experti;
- Efectuarea rapoartelor de activitate.
Studii universitare;
- Cunostine de limba franceza la nivel avansat;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza cel putin mediu;
- Experienta anterioara in call-center reprezinta avantaj;
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare;
- Capacitate de analiza si abilitati de organizare;
- Atentie la detalii;
- Spirit de echipa.
Posibilitate de dezvoltare in cadrul unei companii multinationale, intr-un mediu profesionist si competitiv;
