Ensuring support on hardware;
Installing software basic applications;
Ensuring the first level of support for the IT department;
Distributing tickets according to the requests;
Performing user administration responsibilities.
At least one year of relevant experience;
IT university diploma or student in the last year of IT studies (to get the diploma within 1 year);
Good command of English;
Able to work with close deadlines;
Strong internal customer orientation.
