• Ensure the best functionality for computers, peripherals and network components.
• Ensure the high level of customer service
• Resolving customer issues remotely & if necessary on site
• Set up and configure the computer from A – Z, upgrade for different components, replacing faulty parts
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot different peripherals (printers, scanners, multifunctional)
• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Microsoft XP, Vista, Linux, Windows 2xxx Server Edition)
• Install and configure security solutions (antivirus, firewalls, etc)
• Configuration of web and email servers.
Good hardware knowledge (computer hardware and network devices)
Good service and maintenance skills:
- Assignment and configuration of system resources
- Troubleshooting and repairing different peripherals, replacing peripheral’s consumables
Operating System requirements:
- Windows XP, Vista, Windows 2xxx Server Edition, Linux : basic configuration and administration
Basic Networking knowledge
- Configuring TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
- Installing and configuring and routers and switches
Advantage:
Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting and repairing different electronic circuits, replacing electronic micro-components.
