RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the pet food industry, with start-up with activities in Romania, we are looking for an Junior Financial Manager.

Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Communicating and cooperating with outsourced accounting services supplier;
- Making regular analysis of the company's financial reports;
- Cooperating with the audit company and ensuring legal and professional standards are achieved in all accounting, financial and control management procedures;
- Cooperating and coordinating the company's participation on holding¿¿¿s financial consolidation reports and is responsible for timely and correct delivery of information;
- Controlling the correctness of all invoices, solving potential problems with suppliers;
- Preparing payment orders.

Budgeting & financial analysis:

- Creating models, rules and forms for annual budget in line with company¿¿¿s mother company requests;
- Creating company internal procedures for cash management, expenses management and costs control;
- Monitoring and controlling the expenses;
- Preparing and updating sales budgets, analyses results, stores performance;
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Implementing P&L periodical analysis and preparing system reports;
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;

Cash flow:

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
- Producing accurate financial reports;
- Arranging new financing sources for the company's debt facilities.

Projects ¿¿¿ stores opening financial management:

- Preparing the budgets for the new stores openings;
- Monitoring and controlling store opening expenses;
- Evaluating expansion projects expenses;
- Proposing cost-reduction opportunities for stores¿¿¿ opening and expansion.

Inventory control

- Preparing and implementing inventory procedures for all company¿¿¿s goods;
- Coordinating the execution of monthly and annual inventory controls in office, stores and warehouse and performing analysis of the inventory results;
- Preparing and implementing control and security procedures in order to ensure the conservation of the company¿¿¿s goods.

External controls:

- Being aware of legal requirements for the activity of the company and maintaining its procedures, paperwork and financial management according to this requirements;
- Managing controls in a professional manner, solving problems in an appropriate manner, having as a result a decrease in number of external controls;
- Maintaining a good relationship with external authorities.

Strategic Management:

- Cooperating and participating on company strategy development and implementation;
- Preparing development and action plans for the financial department and the company, formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
- Preparing various financial reports having in view specific deadlines;
- Researching and reporting the factors influencing business performance, analyzing changes and advising accordingly.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- University degree in Economy, with accounting/audit or financial specialization (being CECCAR member, accounting expert is a plus);
- Experience and knowledge of financial management, budgets, cost control, cash flow management;
- Financial analysis experience;
- Good English knowledge;
- PC literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Skills:

- Very well organized and methodical, accurate, analytical person;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem solving attitude, proactive, independent, optimist.
