To ensure the controlling of one or several departments (e.g.Commercial, Marketing or plants).
- Build with the Business Unit Controller the plan, budget and trends for the departments
- Check the correct allocation of expenses by analyzing consistency between budget trends and actions taken by the managers. Ensure expenditures follow-up
- Challenge managers in order to optimize costs and efficiency of activities (e.g. customers allowances, marketing costs, purchase of products & services, value analysis…)
- Produce the monthly reporting and KPIs within his/her area of responsibility.
- Validate accruals as well as prepaid expenses
- Controlling
- Management Software (e.g: SAP )
- Fluency in English and/or French
- Identification of key figures and anticipation of risks
