Job Purpose:
Providing the company with financial reports, preparing/following up on budgets, process the purchase orders and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- To participate in elaborating financial reports for management;
- To participate in preparation of the annual budgets and performs a monthly comparison of Actual vs. Budgeted, explaining the differences;
- To assist in developing reporting tools;
- To ensure and review cost allocation per cost center and to prepare and verify the purchase orders;
- To process and verify the transactions of primary and financial accounting: tangible and intangible assets, suppliers and check up all registration at the budget categories level.
- Bachelor¿s Degree in Economics (Accounting / Finance preferred);
- At least 1 year experience in a financial department, relevant experience in the listed areas of expertise will be a plus;
- Good command of English language;
- Proficiency in MS Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Capable to operate under pressure.
